I gotta say, this service is fantastic! A buddy of mine recommended it, and I was a bit doubtful at first. But man, it turned out to be super professional and reliable right from the get-go. The young lady went through my paperwork with a sharp eye and kindly assisted me in fixing my mistake. After that, I got a text with tracking details, and then an email that clearly emphasized the 'Guaranteed' part. I was soon chillin' with my passport in hand. Big thanks for such a great service!

I had booked a trip to Canada without realizing the passport needed to be valid for at least 6 months, and mine had just 12 days left when I reached out for help. Since it was urgent and I couldn't back out of my flight, I forked out $599 for the 5-7 day service, and my passport was ready on the 5th day. An authorized family member picked it up from the office and sent it to me. If you're unsure about anything, just give them a call at the number they provide; they always pick up and made the whole process super simple!

I was able to pick up my passport on Wednesday, January 8, after making an appointment on Monday, January 6. I thought it would take around 7 to 10 business days, but it was ready way quicker than expected!
